My name is Eric Callahan and I am the Principal

Broker/Owner of Prospective Realty, Inc. I have

been a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent for 13

years.

Working with buyers & sellers from all over MA

and NH, I have had experience in many of the

diverse markets throughout our state. I have had

the pleasure of selling single family homes, multifamilies,

Land, and commercial properties.

Having graduated from Fitchburg State College

with a BS in Industrial Technology and a focus on

Architecture, I have the knowledge to explain to

buyers and sellers about the construction of there

home and find potential issues that might come up.

My personal experience in the management of

rental properties and building renovations/

additions also aids in my ability to help you find

the right investment for you.
